Otter Tail Power Company's Campus Energy Challenge Project Manager Jon Fabre along with other members of the project team make a surprise announcement to University of Minnesota, Crookston, Chancellor Casey, Senior Vice Chancellor Baldwin, and Operations Manager Tim Norton. The company selected the University of Minnesota, Crookston, campus as their first-ever Campus Energy Challenge recipient!
