Selvig Hall

Built in 1914, Selvig Hall was a residence hall until it was converted to an administrative building in 1966. The 13,500-square-foot building is home to the business office, the Chancellor’s office, Academic Affairs, the Center for Adult Learning, and various faculty and staff offices. Selvig is a candidate for a lighting retrofit, but at this time no end-use technology improvements have been made in this building. Its potential energy savings likely will come from operations and behavior changes.
