Evergreen Hall

Opened in August 2009, the 54,300-square-foot Evergreen Hall is the first residence facility in the University of Minnesota system designed for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Evergreen Hall accommodates about 128 students in its 34 apartment units. The building features several large lounges, a classroom with a 70-student capacity, and the Evergreen Grill, a short-order cafe.
