Energy-savings results night
On April 19, 2011, Otter Tail Power Company celebrated with the community of Rothsay, Minnesota, as the company announced preliminary energy savings associated with the Community Energy Challenge. When all technology improvements and behavioral change initiatives have been in place for a full year, and when results are adjusted for changes in weather and normally occurring growth, Rothsay is on track to save more than 19 percent of its pre-challenge energy use.
