Community Energy Challenge kick off celebration

On April 9, 2009, the community of Rothsay gathers in its school gymnasium to celebrate being selected for Otter Tail Power Company’s Community Energy Challenge. Watch as Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty expresses his appreciation for Rothsay’s dedication to serving as a model community. And hear State leadership and representatives from Otter Tail Power Company, the City of Rothsay, and Rothsay Public School address an energetic full house.
